The adult flag program is for adults of all experience levels who want to enjoy all the fun of rugby without the contact!

Game nights: Thursdays at 7:30pm at Notre Dame School

Senior Mens

Whether you’re an experienced player, or new to the sport, Owen Sound Rugby Club has a space for you! With our expansion into the men’s division (TRU or NRU) we are actively seeking players for the upcoming 2024 season. Rugby is a fantastic way to stay (or get back in) shape, meet new people, and find a new passion. We play weekly games and have regular social events.

We look forward to seeing you on the field this season!
