Owen Sound Rugby Club has programming for youth starting at 4 years of age (born in 2019). All under 10 age groups are Flag rugby with no contact. At the under 12 level introduction to contact begins.

Senior Mens Contact Rugby! We are actively seeking players for the upcoming 2024 season! Rugby is a fantastic way to stay (or get back in) shape, meet new people, and find a new passion.
